Pastor Heidi Reddy joined the Mission Valley (and Polson) United Methodist Churches in 2025 after discerning and pursuing a two-year call that led her and her family from North Carolina to the beauty and wide-open spaces of Montana.
A native of North Carolina, Heidi earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Religious Studies and English–Writing from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, VA (2018), and her Master of Divinity from Duke Divinity School in Durham, NC (2021).
Heidi has been married to her husband, Ian, since November 2019. Together they share life with their daughter and their energetic dog, Hahns. In her free time, she enjoys reading, puzzles, and—most importantly—iced coffee.
Heidi finds the greatest joy in ministry through listening to people’s stories, exploring what it means to live as people of faith every moment of every day, and discerning how God is actively at work in and among us right now. Her journey westward is both a personal and spiritual adventure—one rooted in trust, calling, and a deep love for the Montana way of life.
Visit and subscribe to her Substack to read her sermon manuscripts. She posts the manuscript every Sunday afternoon. https://substack.com/@blessingshr
Pastor Heidi holds office hours at the church every Thursday from 2-4pm. She is always open to an invitation to gather other times at other places.
